1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and odd96 (hereinafter "odd96", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the odd96 online betting and casino platform available at https://odd96.io (the "Platform").

By creating an account on the Platform, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and odd96. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

odd96 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms, as displayed on the Platform, is always the version in force. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Use of the odd96 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. odd96 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active odd96 account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously self-excluded from the odd96 Platform or requested that your account be closed on responsible gaming grounds.
• Own Funds: You are betting and playing with funds that belong to you personally and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Informed Consent: You understand that betting and casino gaming involve risk of financial loss and that past results do not predict future outcomes.

3 Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and financial features of the Platform, you must register a Member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including information submitted for identity verification — is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice.
• odd96 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any point during account activity.
• Accepted KYC documents include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• odd96 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account pending verification without providing a reason, in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.
• You must notify odd96 immediately if any registered account information changes, including contact details or residential address.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another Member's account for any purpose.

All activity that occurs on your odd96 account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. odd96 will treat all activity conducted under your account credentials as authorised by you unless you have formally notified us of unauthorised access.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify odd96 immediately at [email protected].
• odd96 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Passwords must meet minimum security requirements as specified during account creation and should not be shared across multiple services.
• odd96 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

odd96 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods for Members in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and transfers from supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are communicated on the Platform and are subject to change. odd96 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which odd96 accepts no responsibility.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. odd96 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• odd96 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of deposit method and identity documents.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of account verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• odd96 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the Member's account balance in cases where the withdrawal request is flagged for compliance review.
• Funds deposited into your odd96 account are held separately from odd96 operating funds and are used solely for the purpose of settling bets and facilitating gameplay.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

odd96 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, seasonal promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

General bonus terms applicable to all odd96 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Members aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• odd96 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected abuse of promotions — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated wagering patterns — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events (including BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and T20 World Cup) are subject to their own specific terms as published on the Platform at the time of the promotion.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the odd96 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or other game types. General rules applicable across all betting and gaming products are as follows:

• Bets are only accepted from logged-in, verified Members with sufficient account balance to cover the full stake.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where in-play cash-out functionality is specifically offered and available for that market.
• odd96 reserves the right to void any bet where a system error, data feed error, manifest pricing error, or other technical fault resulted in the bet being offered or accepted at incorrect odds or terms.
• In the event of a disputed result, odd96's decision — based on official tournament or league records — is final.
• For cricket markets, odd96 uses official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). Abandoned matches and no-result declarations are settled according to the rules displayed for each specific market.
• Live casino games are governed by the individual rules of each game and provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, etc.). Game outcomes determined by certified RNG or live dealer action are final.
• Slots and RNG games use certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the relevant game provider and are not guaranteed for any individual playing session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the odd96 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without odd96's express written consent.
• Colluding with other Members, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment reversal fraud, or identity theft.
• Abusing bonus structures, including coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, copy, frame, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of odd96.

• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to odd96 for display on the Platform.
• The odd96 brand name, logo, and domain are proprietary marks of odd96. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, odd96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors in data feeds.

odd96 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from technical errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. odd96 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical disruption.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, odd96's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your odd96 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

odd96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, odd96 will notify Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will state the date they take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and best practice as applied in the jurisdiction in which odd96 operates. odd96 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside its operational territory.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and odd96, the Member should contact the support team in the first instance. odd96 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated by submitting a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.

odd96's decision on all matters relating to game results, bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding unless a manifest error is demonstrated by the Member.
